Expert financial support and a community of like-minded business owners…without the high price tag or overwhelm.
PiN the Community is a membership designed to give you the clarity, confidence, and connection you’ve been missing around your business finances.
You’ll get shared access to a network of trusted financial professionals, including bookkeepers, CPAs, CFOs, and tax experts, who get what it’s like to grow a small business. Ask questions, get guidance, and stop guessing your way through your numbers.
And you’ll do it all alongside a community of fellow entrepreneurs who are walking a similar path.

One simple system. Four powerful focus areas. Real progress.
We designed Power in Numbers the Community around the four core pillars that every small business owner needs to build financial strength. Each month, we focus on one of these areas through expert-led workshops, Q&As, and practical tools…so you get consistent progress without the overwhelm.

Each pillar builds on the last, and then the cycle repeats to deepen your knowledge and strengthen your financial foundation.
📌 This is how you stop spinning and start scaling

Who is Power in Numbers the Community for?
PiN the Community is for small business owners who are figuring out their finances on the fly and want expert guidance without the high cost of a full team. Whether you’re a coach, consultant, maker, creative entrepreneur, or running a service-based or product-based business…you’re welcome here.
We’ve designed this experience seriously for those earning under $500K a year who are growing steadily, but feeling the pressure to make smarter financial decisions as things get more complex. If you’re working toward that next stage in your business and want support along the way, you’re in the right place.
What kind of support will I get inside PiN the Community?
You’ll have access to our network of trusted financial professionals, including bookkeepers, CPAs, tax experts, and CFOs, through live group Q&A sessions. You can submit your questions in advance, come live to ask follow-ups or catch the replay later. You'll also get expert-led workshops, helpful tools and templates, and a supportive community of fellow business owners who truly get what you're going through.
When does the Community officially kick off?
As founding members, you’ll be there from the beginning! We officially kick off in July 2025, and you won't have to pay anything until we start. Your first payment will go through in July once the Community officially commences.
Is this the same as hiring a bookkeeper or accountant?
Not quite. PiN the Community gives you shared access to financial pros, so you can get answers to your questions and guidance you can trust, without paying for private 1:1 support on retainer. It’s not full-service bookkeeping or accounting, but it is the perfect bridge if you’re not ready for a full team and want to stop guessing your way through the financial side of your business.
Can I ask specific questions about my business?
Yes, definitely. You can submit your financial questions inside the community and our PiN Pros will answer them during the live Q&A sessions. Just keep in mind that this is a group-based format, so your question should be something that can be answered without a deep dive into your books or documents. If you do need more personalized help, many of our pros offer discounted 1:1 consultations just for PiN community members.
Do I have to show up live?
Nope. You’re welcome to come live, and we’d love to see you, but it’s totally optional. All Ask a Pro sessions and workshops will be recorded, indexed for searchability, and available in the community so you can watch them anytime that works for you.
How much does it cost?
Founding Members can join for $89 per month or $979 for the year. This is the lowest price we’ll ever offer. While the final price is still being determined, we expect it to be in the $149 range when we roll this out wider.
Can I cancel if it’s not the right fit?
Of course. You can cancel your monthly plan anytime. If you choose the annual plan and change your mind within the first 30 days, just let us know and we’ll refund your payment. No pressure, no weird hoops to jump through.
What happens after I join?
As soon as you sign up, you’ll get a welcome email with access to the PiN community, including instructions on how to download the mobile app. From there, you can introduce yourself, start submitting questions, and join the next live Ask a Pro session or workshop. We’ll help guide you through those first steps so you know exactly how to get the most out of your membership.
Is this just for women?
Nope, PiN the Community is open to all. That said, we are proudly woman-led and we center the experience around women and underrepresented founders—because we believe in creating spaces that feel inclusive, supportive, and empowering for people who haven’t always felt seen in traditional finance spaces. So if that sounds like something you’d be into, we’d love for you to join us.

One of the most powerful parts of being in PiN the Community is having access to real financial experts like bookkeepers, CPAs, tax strategists, and CFOs…without having to hire each one individually.
To make this work well for everyone in the community, we use a shared access model. That means all members get meaningful support, and our pros can show up with energy, clarity, and intention.

We designed PiN the Community to give you access to expert guidance without the overwhelm or price tag of 1:1 retainers. Group access allows you to get help faster, ask smarter questions, and learn in community—not isolation.
Plus, it keeps things fair and sustainable for everyone, including our pros.
